Fujian Benz Automotive Co., Ltd., established in June 2007 (and changed its name from “Fujian Daimler” into “Fujian Benz” on March 2012), is a joint venture co-invested by Fujian Motor Industry Group Company and Hong Kong Daimler Vans Limited, which is a joint venture between Daimler AG and Taiwan China Motor Corporation, each side takes 50% shares of the venture.
Fujian Benz is Located in Qingkou Investment Zone of Minhou County, Fuzhou, Fujian. The total investment is 208 million Euros with a production planning and logistics area around 660,000 square meters. The first phase covers anarea of 330,000 square meters with the construction area of 149,000 square meters. Fujian Benz has introduced Mercedes-Benz Production System (MPS), and produces Mercedes-Benz high-end and middle-end brand Viano, Vito and Sprinter under strict quality management system, in order to provide all-round business mover solutions to customers.
