Bosch Automotive Products (Changsha) Co. Ltd, wholly owned by Robert Bosch GmbH, was registered in Changsha in November, 2004. Its registered capital is 69.5 million US dollars and total investment is 1.286 billion RMB. The company with an area of 160,000 square meters, is located in Xingsha Industrial Park of Changsha. In 2010 sales turnover increased 50% compared to 2010 and there are 3500 employees, which increased from 400 employees since the ramp up phase. Bosch Automotive Products (Changsha) Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing, development, application and sales base of Bosch Electrical Drives Division and Starter Motors & Generators Division. The main products include ABS motor, engine cooling motor, window lift motor, blower motor, wiper motor, wiper system, starter, generator and Start/Stop system, which are serviceable to entire automotive market in China. Meanwhile it is the important base of special equipment of Bosch in China, which provides equipments for manufacturing of electrical packing, light industry, construction, hydro-mechanics parts etc.
