Established in August 2005, Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. (BBAC) is a joint venture founded by BAIC Motor, Daimler AG, and DGRC. BBAC’s plant is located at the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. The company currently produces the C-Class, long wheelbase E-Class and GLK SUV vehicles carrying the world’s most famous brand, Mercedes-Benz Plant extensions will accommodate future production of models of the new generation compact cars(NGCC) that are all based on the Mercedes-Benz front-wheel drive architecture.
