in Germany, BC is based in the greater Cologne area (at Bayer global HQ in Leverkusen) a further office in Berlin.

Consultants typically have expertise in the areas of Marketing & Sales, Research & Development, Technical Operations, Supply Chain Management, Post Merger Integration, Change Management and/or Shared Services.

As part of the global Shared Services organization “Bayer Business Services” (BBS), the group was formed in 2006, and today has 160 team members from over 15 nations.

• Bayer Business Services is the Bayer Group’s international competence center for IT-based services, procurement and trade, personnel and management services and finance and accounting.
• Bayer Technology Services is the global technological backbone for the Bayer Group and a major innovation driver.
• Currenta offers services for the chemical industry including utility supply, waste management, infrastructure, safety, security, analytics and vocational training.
