Program introduction

Tenneco Trainee program is to serve as a primary pipeline for young professional, mainly with engineering background  for Tenneco China. This program is aimed to accelerate the development of talents through a structured program, combining entry level education, rotational assignments and interactive seminars.

Selection criteria

l  Fresh graduation from reputable universities, both in China or overseas, with social practice experience is preferred          

l  Bachelor degree or above, engineering background is preferred

l  Willing to travel and high mobility to be relocated

l  Extroversive and willing to interact with people, strong communication skill and can work under pressure

l  Good command of both oral and written English skill

l  Good learning ability and teamwork spirit

l  Honest and positive
