Your role

1. Coordinate and solve international technical escalations together with 1st Level support engineers

2. Support the product launch as sub-project manager 2nd-Level-Support (e.g. coach service technicians on new products and installation setup)

3. Coordinate technically and organizationally complex service missions (incl. travel preparation for international missions and coordination of material availability on site)

4. Work on the interface between service and machine tools development

5. Fulfil other tasks assigned by manager

Your profile

1. Master graduate or bachelor graduate with more than 3 years’ working experiences


2. Graduate from the fields electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with focus on mechatronics or computer science


3. It's preferred with appropriate professional experience such as experience with repair and setup of machining centers or metal fabrication machines


4. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


5. Chinese as native language


6. Willing to be trained in Europe for several months and travel frequently afterwards
