Your Responsibility

  • Establish and optimize personnel management related policies, process and regulations
  • Personnel Service support for company’s new programs
  • Prepare regular report about personnel information and analysis for management circle
  • Employee performance evaluation management and result analysis
  • Support other HR function in different programs and BU communication related tasks
  • Management and development of the HRBP team and team members
  • Deal with employee confilcts
  • General HRBP daily task
  • HR IT system operations


Your Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Human recourses management or a comparable field of studies
  • Experienced in all Human recourses related functions, incl. employee relationship management, C&B, hiring, employee development, organization development etc.
  • Knowledge of labor law, headcount control, and other personnel management methods.
  • At least 6 years of Human recourses and automobile related working experience, including min. 2 years in leading function
  • Excellent in communication with people with different culture background
  • Good at organization and deal with conflict and stress work situation
  • Chinese mother tongue , fluent in German or English language
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
