  • Man-Mapping customer quality contacts for CJLR in the region East acting as regional contact to global JL quality team
  • 1st-level customer support for quality topics, including local and imported parts

 

  • 1st investigation (e.g. check plausibility of data)
  • Managing claims handling and IQIS registration & forwarding to investigation point
  • Organize/Perform sorting actions: 0-Km-complaint/ self-complaint/ OT-stock at customer (original parts for aftermarket)
  • Perform defined quality projects with customer (e.g. S&C-reduction, diagnostics, …)
  • Supporting GCT / RCT and EO/SO-team regarding quality & warranty topics
  • Perform active launch support acc. SQW process description
  • Prepare & develop specific customer reporting (e.g. 0-mileage / field / launch report, delta warranty decision, specific target reporting)
  • Enter generic customer requirements into CRS Tool and ensure completion of requirements evaluation
  • On-site support on quality, development and logistic related tasks on request
