Scouting and Partnership Mangager
Scouting and partnership manager will lead market study and scouting, and support strategic planning and partnership. His/her key responsibilities include:
• Market study: Familiar with different database and industry reports, capable of finishing a high quality desktop research with speed; hands-on experience in leading market study, customer survey and competitor analysis, capable of developing an overview of market, technology and competitors with insights.
• Strategic planning: Support new business field analysis and strategic planning, capable of developing deep tech and business insights and formulating sound business strategy.
• Scouting: Build a strong network of VC/PE, universities/research institutes, industry association and consulting firm, start-ups and corporate for partner scouting.
• Partnership: Lead partner screening, assessment and DD; Support negotiation and cooperation model including strategic alliance, venture investment, JV and M&A.
