Responsibilities

 

1. Achievement of business targets including revenue, unit sales, profitability and market share for assigned customer and market segments

2. Implementing the sales and marketing strategy with assigned distribution accounts

3. Achieving the Isabellenhütte customer experience; Being responsive, being in touch, offering solutions

4. Responding flexibly to evolving project needs and being able to thrive in a team environment

5. Analyze and research target segments to identify the best customer opportunities and leverage company resources to close new deals

6. Responsible for alignment of operations of assigned accounts: Supply chain, finance, sales and operations planning, customer service, and accounts receivable

7. Collaborate with field application engineers and relevant supporting members to complete the sales cycle (RFI, RFQ, A-C sample, DV - SOP)

8. Completing any other tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements

 

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, electrical engineering, or associate degree with equivalent industry‐relevant experience

2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in the field of technical sales of passive or active components

3. Work experience in a foreign multinational company will be an advantage

4. Familiarity with automotive design cycle and requirements (APQP, IATF 16949)

5. Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 40% of travel time in China)

6. Fluent command of the Chinese and English language in writing and expression is a must
