Responsibilities:
The Program Controller is in charge of financial aspects for one or several programs (depending on their size and complexity) in order to monitor, assess and support the optimization of the program's/s' profitability and cash. The main missions of the role are to:Support manager to elaborate, manage and follow the organization management and development plan according to business needs.

  • Validate each gate (program phase)  at economic level
  • Produce and comment on standard program reporting to the program team, the Division and the Business Group
  • Participate in profitability and cash improvement actions (make-or-buy decisions, etc.)
  • Ensure that Company assets are optimized in the program
  • Support , coach and challenge the program team on all financial matters
  • Contribute  to the Budget and the Medium Term Plan (MTP) processes
  • Propose business tools and system improvements relevant to programs

Acquisition phase:

  • Collect relevant data and issues the first Business Plan simulations and the Request For Quotation (RFQ)
  • Review and challenge resulting data

Program Monitoring:

  • Issue the Initial Business Plan (IBP), keeping it up to date throughout the program's life
  • Control all the expense and invest, ensure program cash flow is on track
  • Drive for better program KPI, support PM to make dicision

Serial life:

  • Ensure adequate transition of Program data and information to production site controller
  • Asses B/S exposure


Qualification:

  • Bachelor in Economics (or equivalent) or in Science with proven financial knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years to 6 years experience after graduating
  • Industrial and/or long term project management experience
  • Business minded
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Mobile
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
