Program planning for supplier parts


Task designation

Generate, harmonize and optimize the monthly supplier parts production program with suppliers based on sales program input from product management department, resolve resource constrains and reach consensus

Perform daily supplier parts ordering, release order to suppliers in SAP or offline, order fulfilment status tracking, deliver schedule alignment with supplier and customer, internal general coordination of logistics flow and interface to F&C.

Short term supplier parts production raw material – core planning and acquisition. This task focuses on core demand availability check and acquisition for demand from already SOP products, to ensure sales and ramp-up.

Support the new product introduced and ramp up plan arrangement, set up and align logistics end to end process during launchment of new suppliers.

Fulfill SOP core requirements, main tasks include reporting to generate transparency :sales/ cores requested/ cores collected/ cores until SOP, increase source of cores:  "Umbau matrix (family)" PNRs are on core required stock

Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Qualification required


-Bachelor's degree, major in Industrial Engineering and Logistics/Supply Chain management is preferred


- Professional planning experience in MPS, RCCP and production plan, supplier management automotive experience is preferred

- At least 5 years’ experience as production scheduler, or in purchase order fulfilment or related positions

-Previous experience of working in manufacturing plant environment

Specific Knowledge

-Advanced knowledge in ERP/SAP system, special for SAP-MM is preferred

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Fluent in both oral and written English
