Responsibilities

 

1. Plan and execute marketing activities to support brand awareness and new client acquisition for individual Business Units

2. Analyze and report on customer insights and behavior insights to improve communication and engagement

3. Grow new leads through both external and internal marketing initiatives

4. Execute the marketing plan and manage the marketing budgets

5. Develop and implement a digital presence via ads, webcasts, websites, and direct emails to the target segment/application

6. Be responsible to carry our exhibitions, events, and special projects that drive growth for target segment/application

7. Drive China customer engagement via WeChat

8. Plan and implement news releases to media in Asia and manage constructive relations with trade media to support strong communications with the market

9. Plan and implement brand communication programs to deliver strong media coverage to support marketing and sales objectives

10. Plan and organize MarCom events in Asia, evaluate event analytics and optimize events and conduct research to identify new opportunities for bringing about innovation in events

 

 

Requirements

 

1. College graduate in business, marketing, English or art or associate degree with equivalent industry related experience

2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in the field of marketing or business development in electronics manufacturing

3. Familiarity with the automotive electronics industry 

4. Proven work results in creating effective online and direct mail campaigns

5. Proven work results in creating engaging press releases and managing events with high ROI

6. Ability to collaborate across business units, functional departments, geographic areas and with senior management

7. Able to work independently and result-oriented

8. Fluent command of the Chinese and English language in writing and expression is a must
