Key Account Services Manager, Laser Technology
1. Investigate the market requirement and competition, define the suitable services products and price strategy together with relative parties;
2. Collect customer demands/expectations, communicate them internally and track the status;
3. Support the marketing activities of services project;
4. Coordinate customer projects together with the involved departments and subsidiaries
5. Contact for the Key Account, active sales of services products and negotiation of frame contracts;
6. Precise analysis, implementation and follow-up of the Key Account strategy;
7. Support the sales activities through other channel, eg. technical service, order process, machine sales, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Academic Background: Bachelor/Master Degree
2. Which major preferred:Technical background
3. Working experience: > 5 years with product management or sales of industrial machine
4. Knowledge and skills:Laser technology, Laser service, customer orientation, Project management, Sales Management
6. Other specific requirements: Team spirit, hardworking and frequent travels, Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
