Your role

1.Carry out ensuring regular contacts/visits with company’s existing customers to maintain and develop friendship for keeping sustaining business relationships.

2.Actively exploit/visit to prospective customers informed of related TRUMPF product, service, pricing information and other supports to develop new sales opportunities and establish business relationship with sales orders.

3.Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal cross functions to support customers on complaints/technical known-how or etc. to resolve whatever issues to ensure customers’ high satisfaction.

4.Implement sales plan or business program, timely provide qualified monthly reporting and initiatively update escalated issues to sales Manager to demonstrate progress in goal achievement.

5.Provide company the updated market information such as market trends, potential customer business status/preference and competitors updates and etc. for company’s long term business strategy reference.

6.Initiatively update knowledge on products as well as continuously improve professional skills to know better and match demand of customers for business cooperation.

7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

Your profile

1.Bachelor Degree or above

2.Physics or Electronic engineering related majoreds

3.Min 1-3 years of experience as an sales engineer or solutions engineer in plasma sputtering related industry .

4.Knowledge on plasma sputtering application.

5.Strong communication, negotiation and Persuasiveness skills.

6.Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..) and present skills.

7.Chinese native speaker

8.Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must

9.Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven

10.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
