Position: Support – HR Marketing & Communication

Start of internship: the beginning of April


Your Responsibilities:

  • HR internal communication: Content writing, translation; design and layout on various communication channels: newsletter, Intranet, brochures, etc.; Content alignment with various VGC entities in China region

  • Corporate events: Get involved into all HR Communication events; Assist on the holistic event project management process, including concept development, agency pitch, event plan and implementation

  • WeChat management: Assist on VGC recruitment WeChat account operation; Topic proposal, content generation and cross-functional alignment, agency steering

  • Other projects: Independently responsible for internal communication picture pool expansion; Photo shooting concept development and on- site steering; Assist on team projects

Our Requirements:

  • Language skills: English (fluent)

  • Communication experience in writing, editing, social media operation and events organization is preferred

  • Skills and experience in visual design (PS, Video clipping, etc.)

  • Creative, outgoing, passionate and people oriented
