Your Responsibility
 1.Attendance management for whole CH division, e.g. leave & overtime management
 2.Business travel booking & reimbursement for HR, Org. & Education Director
 3.Visits arrangement, e.g. meeting room booking, facility pre-check, snacks/water,
canteen registration, etc.
 4.Daily signature folder preparation for HR, Org. & Education Director
 5.HR team support, e.g. stationery online order, information sharing, holiday plan, new on-boarding support
 6.Other support for daily work
Our Requirements
 1.Master student majoring in Business Administration, Law, Education or related majors
 2.Manufacturing related work or internship experience preferred
 3.Expert usage of MS Office, especially Excel, experience with ERP system/SAP
preferred
 4.Proficiency in English and German
 5.Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, organization and coordination
ability and team spirit
