Objectives of the Position

•Responsible for DITC controlling function and other general finance topics,  i.e. Operative Planning, reporting, analysis, actual cost control, pricing; review and monitor the implementation of F&C related Procedure& Policies;


Qualification required

•Bachelor/Master degree in finance/ accounting or business related subjects


•Fluent with both Chinese and English


•Strong communication skills and corss-cultural competence


•Strong analytical& conceptual thinking


•5+ years accounting and finance experiences with Big Four or multinational companies


•3+ Experiences with cost management


•Excellent Microsoft office skills


•Knowledge on SAP would be advantageous


•Certified Public Accountant preferred


Task designation

•DITC finance management process development and optimization

- Further develop DITC finance management process to guarantee efficient and appropriate business steering and development

- Track efficiency by using relevant KPI and implement counter-measures in case of deviations

- Further develop company guidance in cooperation with ICS team


•Daily controlling function

- Support & steer the business

- Purchase request approver for budget control

- Contract review and  ensure the payment timely proceed

- Support cross charge amount calculation and initiate the charging process

- Coach business unit for financial process know-how

- Analyse deviations and implement counter-measures

- Smooth cooperation with accounting for monthly and yearly closing activities

- Continously contribute to actual controlling process improvement


•Planning OP EAI EAII

- Coordinate budget preparation process and ensure high quality submission and in-depth analysis

- Lead budget discuss with BU and make results aligning with corporate strategy, initiative any possible saving

- Support cross charge amount calculation and initiate communiation with controlling of other entities

- Work closely with operational department to ensure spending within budget

- Continously contribute to planning process improvement


•Business case and pricing

- Develop business plan with BU and update business case

- Support BU for pricing feasibility/reasonability evaluation



- Prepare project driven reports

- Prepare monthly analysis reports

- Other adhoc reports
