Task designation

Import operation management

-To coordinate the import declaration process with broker, Warehouse, F&C and other dept. to ensure timely importation

-To ensure accurate and in time submission of the duty & VAT payment voucher to F&C

-To observe and analyze policy change from Customs and CIQ to ensure importation compliance

-To communicate the urgent/special cases with related dept.

-To analyze the existing processes related to import declaration

-To implement the process optimization

-To monitor CIQ statutory inspection parts

-To ensure the accuracy, completeness and compliance of all the payments for ground handling fee

-To provide input to set up realistic KPI, including lead-time and mistake ratio

-Performance evaluation reporting

Transport operation management

-Arrangements of Core Parts & Finished Goods outbound delivery based on SO in SAP system

-Arrangements of Core Parts inbound delivery from warranty, customer pay, and other resources

-Regular process & KPI review with vendor

-Process optimization, if required

Inventory booking & Vendor payment

-To ensure the value of arrival shipments

-To support F&C to process invoice verification

-To ensure accurate and in time submission of payment voucher to F&C for oversea goods value payment

-To implement service fee reconciliation with broker and transportation vendor

-Cost documentation

Qualification required


-Master degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering/ Logistics / International Trading / Supply Chain Management


-2 years’ experience in automotive aftersales logistics/supply chain related business

Specific Knowledge

-Good technical understanding of vehicles and automotive parts

-Excellent understanding of import requirements for automotive spare parts

-Good command of written and spoken English

-High skilled in MS office, especially PPT, Excel

-High skill in presentation and reporting

-Being self-motivated and outspoken, take own initiative to achieve targets

-Strong personality, be able to convince related parties to make things happen

-Willingness to travel frequently
