Your Responsibilities
 Analysis and adaption of currently existing education concepts in cooperation with
relevant process partners and organizations with the focus on Integrity,
Responsibility, Culture and Development
 Development, Implementation and Conduction of state-of-the-art qualification
concepts in diverse target groups ranging from Blue collar key worker to managers
 Set up training content, relevant teaching methodology as well as material with the
focus on Integrity, Responsibility, Culture and Development
 set up online training material with the focus on Integrity, Responsibility, Culture and
Development
 Tracking of education effect and participants’ feedback in order to ensure quality
standard and adaption of education and qualification concepts based on feedback
and results
 Creating content for digital and print campaign and organising events related to the
training topics of Integrity, responsibility, Culture and Development
Our Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree or higher
 At least 3 years working experience in Training and Development or HR
 Intimate execution knowledge of training as a trainer OR moderation OR coaching
 Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong sense for cooperation
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Organisation, project steering and implementation capability
 High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm
 Humour and differentiated awareness of own values
 Creativity, strategic und didactic thinking to design and develop new trainings
 Overseas or intercultural experience
 Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio is a plus
 Chinese native speaker and fluent in English, German is a plus
