Your Responsibility

  • Establish and optimize personnel management related policies, process and regulations
  • Organization development and position control
  • C&B management incl. merit increase, attendance management, social and supplementary insurance and other benefit system related work
  • Performance evaluation of employee
  • Recruiting activities
  • Training and People development activities
  • Employee relationship and cooperation value management
  • HR IT system operation such as SAP, attendance system, performance evaluation system etc.
  • Employee disciplinary management
  • Other administration work and report


Your Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Human recourses management or a comparable field of studies
  • Experienced in all Human recourses related functions, incl. employee relationship management, C&B, hiring, employee development, organization development etc.
  • Knowledge of labor law, headcount control, and other personnel management methods.
  • At least 5 years of Human recourses and automobile related working experience
  • Excellent in communication with people with different culture background
  • Good at organization and deal with conflict and stress work situation
  • Chinese mother tongue , fluent in German and English language
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
