HR Business Partner
- Establish and optimize personnel management related policies, process and regulations
- Organization development and position control
- C&B management incl. merit increase, attendance management, social and supplementary insurance and other benefit system related work
- Performance evaluation of employee
- Recruiting activities
- Training and People development activities
- Employee relationship and cooperation value management
- HR IT system operation such as SAP, attendance system, performance evaluation system etc.
- Employee disciplinary management
- Other administration work and report
- Bachelor Degree or above in Human recourses management or a comparable field of studies
- Experienced in all Human recourses related functions, incl. employee relationship management, C&B, hiring, employee development, organization development etc.
- Knowledge of labor law, headcount control, and other personnel management methods.
- At least 5 years of Human recourses and automobile related working experience
- Excellent in communication with people with different culture background
- Good at organization and deal with conflict and stress work situation
- Chinese mother tongue , fluent in German and English language
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
