Responsibilities

 

Sales Management

1. Elaboration and implementation of the sales strategy precision measurement in accordance with the sales direction

2. Support and input for the definition, enhancement or diminishment of the product portfolio

3. Support for the determination of sales figures

4. Thorough documentation of customer data, conversations, visit reports and other defined documents and data in the CRM system

5. Independently monitor and adhere to annual budget and expenses

 

Customer Service

6. Single point of contact for all assigned customer inquiries in the field of precision measurement

7. Interact with internal staff to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detailed manner, monitor projects, and communicate project-related information between the customer and internal project management

8. Prepare and independently conduct customer visits with appropriate frequency, taking into account travel budget and customer requirements

9. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain and demonstrate our precision measurement products to customers and prospective customers

10. Provide technical training for sales and selected customers

11. Handling customer complaints in cooperation with the quality management department

1. Account planning – Able to develop strategies to conquest and grow business, formulate marketing plans, identify support needs and measure progress. Understands what strategies need to be put in place to strengthen customer relationships.

2. Manage customer relationships – Manage customer interactions and relationships to maximize sales opportunities. Consistently demonstrate ability to establish rapport, meet commitments, and develop effective working relationships with customers.

3. Product – Able to represent the features and benefits to sell the products. Able to recognize customer needs and suggest product applications to solve problems and create benefits for the customer. Able to communicate these feature/benefits effectively and persuasively.

 

 

Requirements

 

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, industrial engineering or equivalent professional qualification

2. Experience in hardware development in measurement and power electronics

3. Familiar with the development process from concept to circuit design to system integration

4. Hands-on experience with board and system design and troubleshooting

5. Experienced with system firmware

6. Proven sales experience

7. Moderate travel within the country

8. Good communication skills

9. Fluent command of the Chinese and English language in writing and expression is a must
