Training Plan


-  Training Period: 24~30 months

-  Centralized Training: the centralized training will be scattered in two years, which includes professional knowledge, basic techniques, practical operation of Elevators/Escalators, management and soft skills, advanced training etc..

-  Rotation Practice: the company will provide cross functional rotation practice to the participants through learning professional knowledge, completing challenging tasks, the assessment system and regular mentoring dialogue to care about and support their growth and career development. 


Career Development


-  After 2 years, the company will offer the participants the stretch positions like project manager, department supervisor or manager, office supervisor or manager etc..

-  For 4-7 years, the participants will be promoted to department manager, branch manager or branch General Manager etc..

-  For over 10 years, the participants will be promoted to senior manager, branch general manager or regional general manager etc..


Job Description


-  Participate in manufacturing projects under the guidance of the mentor, learn project process and management of Asia-Pacific or China manufacturing.

-  Be familiar with the production process and operation management through structured rotation.

-  Cooperate with relevant departments and colleagues to develop the company business.




-  Bachelor degree or above, graduate in 2019/2020 or less than 2 years’ experience.

-  Major in mechanical engineering, automation, electronics, industrial engineering or electrical engineering or related.

-  Be curious, strong learning ability.

-  Leadership potential, good communication ability.

-  Reliability and credibility, good team spirit.

-  Result orientation, react effectively to pressure and challenge.

-  Good command of both oral and written English.

-  Be willing to work across the country.

Interview Process


-  Online Application: Candidates apply positions on line. HR will make a telephone interview with candidates after selection.

-  Online test: Candidates will take an English and online test after telephone interview.

-  Regional Interview: Candidates will be arranged face to face interview by region after tests.

-  HO Interview: Candidates will attend the final interview of headquarters.

-  Offer: thyssenkrupp Elevator (China) will offer Candidates who have passed the final interview.
