Entry Level Position
Data Enhancement (30%):
•Data Strategy: Take initiatives to build BECO data strategy roadmap for database setup with strong knowhow on different level of data set needed and data driven marketing mindset.
•Database setup: support data collection and enrichment through survey and co-work with marketing team to run user campaign, ensuring data sanity and data complete availability, in meanwhile improve data quality and accuracy. Engage with internal stakeholder and central CRM/MKU for data consistency and aligned EM approach.
Data Analytics & Modeling (50%):
•1st level basic analytics: enable to basic data processing from raw data including cleaning, extraction, validation, basic coding, crosstab, conjoint, regression, correlation, simulation, modelling infrastructure.
•2nd level advance analytics: user segmentation, tracking, tagging, scoring, selection and classification based on activeness status for targeted marketing and support marketing automation from central. Support BCA to implement data analytics into daily operation.
•3rd level business driven: provide in time and high quality analytics support based on business requirement and user activities for BECO marketing and country BCA. Evaluate and test business opportunities for future developments.
•4th level KPI monitor: track and monitor system effectiveness, sales traceability and campaign ROI for improvement.
•5th level tool set: Introduce and utilize analytics tool to improve the data analytics efficiency and effectiveness about all BECO functionalities and digital product
Data Partnership (20%):
•Data automation: Co-work with BE stakeholder eg. PUT and CSO for user data visibility enablement including Power BI dashboard and data mart to expand BECO user data value.
User survey: Take initiatives to setup and run user survey for BE stakeholder, from user selection, tagging
•Fundamental statistics knowhow & analytics skill
•4 year plus experience in data management field
•Web/data analytics experience using Google & Adobe analytics, SQL, Big Query
•SQL, SAP BW experience, Google Big Query; statistical software - R/SPSS and Python experience is a big plus
•Experience with data visualization tools (Data Studio, Power BI) and building reporting frameworks and dashboards
•Project management skill with multitask, self-starter, fast learner, and strong logical thinking for dataset
•Nice to have: CRM data experience, UI & UX graphic design, User insights deep dive, Story telling
