Assistant Manager, Professional & Specialty Solutions (P&SS)
Entry Level Position
What you can expect:
•Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategy under the guidance of supervisor.
•Plan and carry out P&SS area business development plan and archive sales target with the product range of the assigned product(s) in the assigned area
•Lead and manage sales resources. Establish and maintain close and sustained customer relations based on long term value propositions and creating win-win situation.
•Develop and manage distributor/ dealer, explore customer range and business opportunities
•Develop proposal on sales solutions to customers and ensure marketing strategies are implemented.
•Collect and prompt feedback of technical and market intelligence, update, maintain and evaluate market trends, the application of products/technical and service needs etc. in order to support identifying new business opportunity. Conduct initial analysis for local market.
•Follow up product management, new PSS projects, and manage the technical and commercial training for sales force and customers on PSS business.
•Implement marketing and sales campaign as scheduled.
What we expect:
•Above Bachelor Agronomy, crop protection, Biology, Environmental Science.
•Above 5 years in pest control business, with rich sales experience, some management experience , and good communication skill.
•Pest control, Public Health, Non Crop, and relative background .
