Main goals and objectives

  • To implement expressed policies and procedures of the brand and VGIC
  • To improve regional after-sales performance and customer satisfaction to fulfil given targets
  • To ensure that central and regional after-sales plans and relevant programs are properly implemented

Key tasks and responsibilities:

After-sales plan and management

  • Collect the relevant information and analyze the regional after-sales market including competitors situation and customer demands
  • Develop the regional after-sales plan comply with the company after-sales strategy and guidance
  • Define the spare parts & Accessories sales targets and sales plan for the dealers
  • Supervise the dealers implementation of after-sales operation processes according to company standards and policies
  • Support other department to ensure dealer CI/CD implementation, including Dealer Operating Standard  
  • Approve warranty claims accordingly to company policy

Customer Satisfaction management

  • Support the dealers to improve customer relationship management through CRM system
  • Make sure the dealers is properly using CRM system and keep all customer data up to date
  • Develop the regional CS improvement plan and supervise the dealers implementation
  • Consolidate and feedback the quality and technical problems in the region, support the dealers to solve the problems together with After-sales Technical Support team
  • Support the dealers to properly handle the customer complaints together with After-sales and other relevant departments

Dealer Operation Management Support

  • Monitor the dealer overall operations together with Area Sales Manager to provide supplementary support for dealers to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Support the dealers to improve personnel qualification and overall service capabilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of dealer training plan and feedback the requirements of improvement
  • Check and approve the dealer’s workshop layout
