In addition to numerous medium-sized companies, the HR teams of well-known employers such as 4flow, BMW, Bosch, BSInprocon, Covestro, CRRC ZELC, Daimler, eepos, EFS Unternehmensberatung, Hikvision, Karl Dungs, Karl Wörwag, Knorr-Bremse, Kratzer, Laserline, OM-Partners, Plansee, Schaeffler, Tenneco, Thyssenkrupp, Trumpf and Volkswagen were represented.
Employers and applicants found each other:
- Over 75% of the companies spoke to more than 30 applicants each.
- All exhibitors held further discussions after CHINESE TALENT DAYS; more than 90% with ten or more applicants.
- More than 90% of exhibitors would like to participate again in future events.
- More than 75% of exhibitors used job board and database to contact candidates before the event.
- 76% of applicants used the Job Board to get details about companies and development opportunities.
- Four weeks after the event, 69% of applicants said they had been invited to further interviews with employers.
- In the same period, 24% of all candidates already received a concrete job offer.
