Schuler Dalian fulfills the requirements of international customers for innovative products according to the quality guarantee of the Schuler Group. Since the opening in 2007 Schuler Dalian established itself in the Chinese and international markets and becomes one of the most important production locations of Schuler China. The portfolio of products comprises, at the core business, the divisions of „Automotive“, „Industry“, „Hydraulic“, „Systems“ and „Automation“. Installations of these divisions are used by customer groups of the Automotive and supplier industry in China as well as the electrical, appliance, railway and minting industries. Schuler Dalian provides the complete range of products of the Schuler AG and offers process optimized solutions for both mid-sized firms and global corporations. The assortment includes Transfer-, ProgDie- and Compact Crossbar Presses as well as Tryout Systems and fully automated press lines. Finally installed presses at the customers’ area can achieve the size of a pitch and form blanks with a press capacity up to 5000t. This corresponds to the weight of 25 blue whales, the heaviest animals of the world. The assembly of automated high speed, knuckle joint and ServoDirect presses completes the range of products. Besides the powerful product portfolio also customized solutions as well as the internal and external assembly of the lines are included in our core competencies.

Owing to periodical employee trainings in Germany and China, Schuler Dalian is capable to ensure internationally uniform standards, a worldwide consistent know-how and a high level of quality.

Shanghai Schuler handles the entire range of products from the Schuler Group.  The core competencies of this plant include engineering, manufacturing, and sales of mechanical and hydraulic presses as well as blanking lines and internal and external assembly of lines.  Engineering and manufacturing are in accordance with German standards and Schuler safety codes.  Regularly scheduled training of personnel in Shanghai and at Schuler Germany guarantee the highest level of technical capability.  Also available: Extensive services  performed by highly qualified service specialists on site.  This ensures Schuler customers in China high production rates and high levels of overall productivity.
In the area of sheet metal forming, Shanghai Schuler has an excellent reputation in the entire Chinese market. Well known customers include automakers such as Brilliance Jinbei, Changan Ford, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen, Guangzhou Honda, First Automotive Works, and Shanghai Volkswagen. Shanghai Schuler is also firmly established in the Chinese market with its forging products.
